SERVICES
Product inspection & quality control
We’ll accept the incoming shipment from you or directly from your suppliers, so you don’t have to pay for freight twice. We are happy to inspect each item and report back to you if there are quantity discrepancies or damaged goods that need to be addressed. We can send those items back to you, discard, or donate to a local organization (our favorite option!).
FNSKU labeling
Amazon has their own unique labeling system called FNSKU or Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit. This is their tracking system that allows them to identify and track products back to you, the seller. Each item you send to them is required to have this barcode easily accessible and scannable. We’ll make sure your packages have everything they need to meet Amazon’s FNSKU requirements and avoid additional Amazon labeling fees or fines.
Polybagging
If your products come without packaging, which is very common in goods coming from overseas manufacturers, we can be sure to meet Amazon packaging standards by individually polybagging each item in the shipment. This is the (typically) clear plastic bag that keeps items secure, organized, and clean. It is especially important for small loose items and clothing. Not only do you want to meet Amazon standards, but you want your items to stay clean and organized so they present well when shipped to the customer. This is one of our top priorities, making sure your customers have a great unboxing experience so they come back again and again.
Compliance Prep/Labeling (Anti-Suffocation warning, Sold as Set, etc.)
Amazon also has strict compliance labeling requirements to meet to avoid additional fines and fees. We’ll make sure your products are properly labeled including the above FNSKU, Anti Suffocation Warnings, Sold as Set, Do Not Separate, Ready to Ship, and other required labels. Never worry about your product not being able to be sold because of missing warnings or labels. We’ve got you covered!
Bundling / Multipack packaging
This is when you package two or more complimentary items with their own SKU (or FNSKU) together as one purchase (slightly different than kitting, see below), providing additional value to customers buying on Amazon. This perceived value by providing everything the customer needs in one click oftentimes results in higher sales volumes and therefore, higher revenue. Being a part of the Endeavor Industries family means you don’t have to do that work yourself. You can send us each item individually and we will bundle them together before shipping them to your customers, saving you time and money.
Kitting
Similar to the above-mentioned Bundling/multipack packaging, Kitting provides additional value to the customers by providing everything they need in one purchase. The difference between the two is that kitting collects all the products together in one set of packaging with one SKU (or FNSKU) number while bundling allows each item to be sold individually with its own SKU as well. The items in a Kit cannot be separated or sold apart from each other like they can in bundling. Either way, we’ll know how to package the product, label it correctly, and get your orders shipped to your customers or to Amazon quickly and without worry.
Returns / Removals
It will happen. A customer will need to return a product to you for one reason or another and you’ll need a way to process those returns. With Endeavor Industries you don’t have to stress over how to handle that process. We’ll accept the incoming return just like we would a new product. It goes through our intake and inspection process, we’ll note any discrepancies from what was expected, note any damage that may have occurred, and reach out to you with the details. You’ll let our team know if you’d like us to restock that item for resell, send it back to you, discard it, or donate it to a local organization. Unlike with our bigger counterparts, your products are totally in your control, and we don’t make inventory decisions without you.
Inventory Storage (Short and Long-Term)
Inventory storage is simple when you’re a part of the Endeavor Industries family. We don’t overcomplicate things by asking you to figure out the cubic feet of storage space you’ll need with us. No one has time to do that when you’re trying to run a business. We simply charge by the bin, shelf, or pallet, whatever you need. And, unlike our counterparts, we don’t charge by the month. We charge weekly so if your product moves out in week 1 you don’t pay for 3 more weeks of storage. With us, you only pay for what you need.
Pick and Pack
Just like with any other e-commerce store, we can pick and pack the items sold in your Amazon shop. Being a smaller more nimble company, we can quickly pick and pack your item for same-day shipping, ensuring we meet Amazon’s two-day requirement for the end customer. We keep our prices easy to understand and completely transparent so there are no surprises with us, EVER. You’ll save money compared to the big guys and you’ll receive FAR better service!
Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) Prep and Shipping
If you aren’t a fan of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and prefer to save money by going the Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) route, you don’t have to go it alone. This is where Endeavor Industries can help. We can pick, pack, and ship your Amazon orders just like any other e-commerce store order while saving you money on Amazon services as well as time and headache trying to fulfill yourself. Fulfillment is oftentimes the most tedious, and therefore cost-prohibitive, part of running an online e-commerce store of any kind. Custom Packaging and Inserts
Not many of our big corporate counterparts will allow you to use your own custom packaging, boxes, inserts, business cards, etc. At Endeavor Industries not only are we happy to let you use them, but we’ll help provide them if necessary. You can leverage our bulk buying power and order custom packaging for your fulfillment needs, enhancing the customer experience by presenting your company and products exceptionally well.
